We offer an extremely competitive pricing structure for all of our wall split air conditioning unit installations throughout the United Kingdom.
For a standard back to back installation, which includes the supply and fitting of the air conditioning indoor unit, the air conditioning unit outdoor compressor unit, and 4 metres of copper pipe to go from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, as well as the indoor hand held remote control, prices are as follows:
- For a ground floor installation of a 9,000 BTU (2.7kW) wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,135.00 +VAT.
- For a ground floor installation of a 12,000 BTU (3.5kW) wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,170.00 +VAT.
- For a ground floor installation of an 18,000 BTU (5kW) wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,395.00 +VAT.
- For a ground floor installation of a 24,000 BTU (7kW) wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,756.00 +VAT.
- For a first floor installation of a 9,000 BTU wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,235.00 +VAT.
- For a first floor installation of a 12,000 BTU wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,277.00 +VAT.
- For a first floor installation of an 18,000 BTU wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,495.00 +VAT.
- For a first floor installation of a 24,000 BTU wall split air conditioning unit (cost includes the supply of the air conditioning unit, as well as the installation of the air conditioning unit). Cost @ £1,856.00 +VAT.
The above pricing doesn’t include a wall mounting bracket for the outdoor unit.
If a wall mounted bracket is required, an extra cost of £34.90 + VAT would be added to the above prices.
For any special projects, where longer pipe runs are required, or a multi split air conditioning unit is required, please contact us with your requirements, and we can put together a special project price for you.
Please note that all of our installations come with a 1 year warranty as standard, and all of our air conditioning installations are carried out by fully qualified F-Gas Engineers.
At the moment for residential home installations there is currently 0% zero VAT for both the air conditioning unit itself, and also the installation of the air conditioning unit, which is in place until 31st March 2027.
The zero rated VAT free supply for air conditioning installation legislation is all detailed under VAT notice 708/6, energy saving materials, and heating equipment.
The 0% VAT was introduced for these air conditioning units, only covers heat pump versions, which are an air conditioning unit, which offers both cooling and heating.
All of our heat pump air conditioning units, have both a cooling mode for the summer months, and a cooling mode for the winter months.
